He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Staley and Mildred Rose Jackson; his siblings, Bill, Ward and Mary; and his grandchildren, Kimberlee and Zachary.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carl and Betsy; his wife Ann Marie Schwartz; his children, Donald (Kristy), Rodney (Julie) and Cheryl (Chuck); his grandchildren, Michael (Brayden), Kevin (Chantyl), Mitch (Camille), Mark (Jeanie), Courtney and Travis; and his great grandchildren, Maci, Payton, Kacee, Sammi, Daryl and Daphne. He is also survived by his friends, neighbors, and especially his family.
