She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayme Carroll and William "Bill" Carroll of Dillon; her sons, Gregory and Jeffrey; and her siblings, Mary Lou Kajin (Bill) and Joseph Carroll.
She is survived by: her spouse Gile H. Mitchell; her children, Debora, Bradley and Timothy (Laura); her grandchildren, Brian Hanna (Maureen), Stephanie Holstein (Doug), Alexa Mitchell, Emeree Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, Nicholas Mitchell, Amanda Mitchell and Bryce Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Moxie Holstein, Zell Holstein and Adley Hanna; her daughter-in-law Gloria Mitchell; and her sister-in-law Nola Empey (Stanford). She is also survived by five children, eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
