As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Muriel E. Ellis; and his wife Beverly Ann Philippi (Bev). He is survived by: his children, Carolyn White (Gordon) of Hamilton, Laurie Hochhalter (Brandon) of Louisville, Kentucky and Ron Ellis of Las Vegas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Daly - Leach Chapel, Hamilton Email.
