He was predeceased by: his father Richard R. Werth; his sister Margery; and his grandparents, Fidelis, Pauline Werth, Martin and Teresa Orth.
He is survived by: his mother Mildred E. Werth (Orth) of Ellis, KS; his wife Bonnie Giest Dinkel; his siblings, Allen Werth (Cheryl) of Hays, KS, Vivian Zimmerman (Bill) of Hays, KS and Linda Werth of Oklahoma City, OK; his stepchildren, Tara Tate of Fort Collins, CO, Joe Dinkel (Julianne) of Canon City, CO, Irvin Dinkel, Denver and Stephen Dinkel of Oklahoma City, OK; and his stepgrandchildren, Abigail, Noah Tate and Corgi Phoebe.
Memorials will be given to Sacred Heart church in Colby, Kansas and St. Margaret Catholic church in Cut Bank, Montana.
