He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Kropp and Margaret Kropp; and his father-in-law Simon. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Annette Kropp (Dave), Misty Whitford (Sam) and Mark Kropp (Jill); his grandchildren, Jordan, Samuel, Bizzy Whitford, Haylee and Cadie Kropp; and his siblings, Ann Halvorson (Bob) and Skip Kropp.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Gift of Life or the FIrst Presbyterian Church.
