She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Grant and Osa Merle Heller (Boatman); her husband Paul Edwin Pfeifer; her sons, Edwin Eugene and Peter; her sister Maxine Helen Bean; and her son Thomas M. Jones.

She is survived by: her daughter Rosanne Marie; her brother Donald Heller (Carol Jean) of Salina, KS; her daughters, Carol Wadman, Julia McCafferty (John), Shirley Gage (Scott), Patricia Fleming (Thomas) of Fallon, NV and Pauline "Sissy" Nygaard; and her grandsons, James Fleming, Jared Gage, Blake Wadman, Michael Jones, Nolan Fleming, Ryan Gage, Paul Ray Fleming, Derek Wadman and Reid Gage. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
