He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet and Clifford; and his brothers, Melvin, Robert and Howard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terri, Lana (Kenny) and Peggy; his grandsons, Tom and Michael Birch; his wife Juanita; his stepchildren, Bruce, Misty, Zenas, Lynnette, Shannon, Roseina, Russell, Lloyd, Tracy, Randy, Melvin and Daisy; his great grandchildren, Autumn Elizabeth and Scarlet Rose; and his sons, Mike (Jeanie) and Tom. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and his great-great grandchildren.
