He was predeceased by: his wife Marsha; his parents, Elmer Foss and Dorothy Foss; his sisters, Marjorie Jean and Winifred Clausen (Winnie); and his children, Peggy Hope, Kenneth Foss, Harry Foss, Mildred Angel (Dolly) and Norman Foss.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Foss of Sidney, MT and Russell Foss (Paula) of Billings, MT.; his stepchildren, Christy Kleinwaechter (Mark) of Dickinson, ND and Billy Norby (Sharon Hodges) of Culbertson, MT.; his grandchildren, Chase Kilzer of Dickinson, ND., Kourtney Kleinwaechter (Byren Tobar) of Dickinson, ND. and Jacob Kleinwaechter of Dickinson, ND.; his sister Shirley Hardy (Boyd) of Fairview, MT; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Saunders (Arden) of Hettinger, ND, Pam Wolf (Kelly) of Bettendorf, IA and Janice Becker of Richardton, ND.. He is also survived by Many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and pets.
