He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Sr. and Katherine. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kozak; his children, Randy, Jesse, Greg, Roger, Daryld, Debbie and Julie; his brother Gene; and his grandson Jesse Sims. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
