She was predeceased by: her husband Vester Alvin Wilson II; and her brothers, Glenn Johnson, James Johnson and Michael Kirkland. She is survived by: her children, Vester Wilson III (Julia), Jesse Wilson, April Buroker (Joe) and Gina Wilson; her close friend Rob Stevens; and also Gina Wilson. She is also survived by 13 grand-children, 13 great-grandchildren.
