He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Sandra Sill (Bob), Linda Stokes (Vernon) and Mike Van Dam; his grandchildren, Sam, Chris, Ross, Dylan, Melissa and Colleen; and his great grandchildren, Zane and Jesse. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their children.
