She is survived by: her sister Pat Backman of Bullhead City, Arizona; her sister-in-law Julietta Duncan of Bothell, Washington; her children, Estelle Starnes Rauscher (Dale), Joe Starnes of Conrad and Roy Starnes of Casper Wyoming; her grandsons, Shane Rauscher (Cynthia), Justin Rauscher of Conrad, Mason Starnes and Daniel Starnes of Casper, Wyoming; and her great grandchild Braxton Rauscher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
