He is survived by: his parents, Jake Wurz and Matilda Wurz; his wife Pauline; his brothers, Gary, Ben (Christina), Larry (Jonna), Robert (Denise), Walter (Jolene) and Rick (Kathleen); and his sister-in-law Bertha. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
