She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Brooks and Elaine Brooks; her grandmother Elsie Watkins (Graduating); and her siblings, Donald and Joyce.
She is survived by: her former husband Gary Baxter; her husband Paul Horton; her sons, Gary Baxter (Tammy) and Bryon Baxter (Rhonda); her sister Jocile; and her siblings-in-law, Daryl, Sheila and Janice "Stretch". She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
