He was predeceased by: his parents, Yves Donald and Harry Donald; and his wife Diana van. He is survived by: his children, Adrienne (Martha) and Matthew (Gina) of New York City; his grandsons, Jack and Nicholas; his brother Jonathan (Bodil) of Coeymans Hollow; and his significant other Rachel Vielleux of Missoula. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
