He is survived by: his wife Christy Cameron; his daughter Maddison; his mother Sara; his stepsons, Joaquin and DJ Pilcher; his grandson Kaydin Pilcher; his brother Todd; his sister-in-law Melany Preece; his nephews, Ricky and Vann Preece; his aunts, Barb and Margaret Chambers; his uncle Bob Bowman; and his cousins, Mike Bowman, Kassie Lusty, Katrina White, Crystal DeFord and Tracy Jordan.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Curtis's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
