He was predeceased by: his parents, Kent Curtis and Sarah Elma Anderson; and his friends, Jack Ralph and Tom Ferrando. He is survived by: his children, Kent (Heather) and Andrea Venezio (Samuel Jr.); his grandchildren, Kristie, Grant, Amanda, Samuel III, Tiffany and Vanessa; his great grandchild Ruth; and his sister J. Karen Korpi.
