He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Stacy and Lilly F. Stacy (Armstrong); his wife Audrey Ellen Stacy; and his siblings, Beryl, Jerry, Marlene and Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Stacy, Shelly Hutchins (Michael), William L. Stacy (Linda), Kelly D. Stacy (Andrea) and Steve Chaffee; his grandchildren, Cody, Lindsey, Brittney, Alyssa, Kyle, Kaleb and Jacob; and his siblings, James Jr., Donnie, Ron, Alan and Doreen. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
