He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Blados (Hank) and Eleanor Blados (Baradziej); his sister Susan Blados (Zellhofer); and his nephew Michael Kollar. He is survived by: his wife Frances Blados (Craig); his children, Stephen Blados Jr. (Jen) and Alison Lucien (Dustin); his grandchildren, Henry Blados, Jacob Blados, Rose Lucien and Hazel Lucien; and his brothers, Paul and Phillip Blados. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
