She was predeceased by: her parents, Damon Jacobsen and Ethel Jacobsen (Sleppy); her brothers, Rex and Larry Jacobsen; and her close friend Marjorie Stirling.

She is survived by: her children, Anthony (Tara) and Diana; her stepchildren, David, Jeff, Carolyn and Jerry; her grandchildren, Madison, Aspen, Brianna and Vanessa; and her friend Barb. She is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, numerous nieces/nephews.
