He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Dvorak (Rogers) and James Dvorak; his stepparents, Gordon Timmer and Dorothy Dvorak; and his son Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Almond of Savage, MT.; his children, Craig Dvorak, Dawn Boutwell (Dan), Terry Laudenklos (David) and Joy Whitehead (Scott); his sister Louise White; and his stepsister Delores Copping. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
