He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sebastian Howard and Edith Lyn Howard (Hawk); and his grandson Wade Emmert. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Joy Howard; his daughters, Heidi Gerleman (Shane), Bridgett Gerleman (Shawn), Tammy Cornett (Mike) and Teresa Emmert (Micah); and his sister Karen Sherman (Dan). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Scott Bicentennial Park (Dayton, WY 82836).
