He is survived by: his wife Jean Knapton Sedivy; his children, Scott Sedivy, Mark Sedivy and Lisa Sedivy Hoskins; his brother Frank Clifford Sedivy; and his grandchildren, Zachary Sedivy, Damon Sedivy, Cameron Hoskins, Meredith Hoskins and Madison Hoskins.
