He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Merrill and Charlotte Merrill; and his siblings, Evelyn and Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Merrill; his son Brian Merrill (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Evan and Cidnee Merrill; and his great grandchildren, Ollivia, Zayleigh, Alexandrea and Easton.
