He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Herzog and Donna Herzog; his wife Sandra Casson; his children, Mallory Herzog (Josh), Tucker Herzog (Rebecca), Augustus Herzog, Tre McMillan and Chase Benson; his brothers, Scott Herzog (Mary), Brian Herzog (Donna) and Jeff Herzog (Liz); and his friends, Pat, Alita Newton and Dixon Hitch.
