Sylvia Purkett Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Purkett of Chinook, Montana, born in Havre, Montana, who passed away on November 10, 2020 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sylvia Purkett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilmer Johnson and Helga Johnson (Zakarison); and her husband Ambrose Purkett. She is survived by: her children, Byron Purkett (Pam) of Caldwell, ID, Julie Dimich (Mitchell) of Billings, MT and Neil Purkett (Laura) of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Lance, Amber, Craig, Amy, Dominic and Gina; her siblings, Sonya Bulman (Gary) of Escondido, CA and Edwin Johnson (Konnie) of Glasgow, MT; and her sister-in-law Patty Purkett of Havre. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place, and due to the pandemic, services will be held at a later date when it is safe for family and friends to gather.
Her family has suggested memorial donations be made in Sylvia's memory to First Lutheran Church, the Hi-Line Sletten Cancer Institute, or the charity of the donor's choice.
