She was predeceased by: her parents, David Weimer and Kathryn Weimer (Schneider); her son Stephen Patrick; and her brothers, Alfred and Leroy Weimer.
She is survived by: her husband Ellis James Haney, Jr. of Havre, MT; her children, Patricia Haney of Great Falls, Bryan Haney (Cindy) of Chinook, Theresa Haney (Orris Scribner) and Ellis James "Jim" Haney III of Paso Robles, CA; her siblings, Edna Seiroe, Irma Johnson and Jerry Weimer (Debby); and her sister-in-law Lorraine Weimer. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
