He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Hatler Gearheart and Sarah Arminta "Minnie" Haynes; his wife Hazel; his children, Susan Piercy (Gary) of Royal City, WA, Vicki Paxton (Larry) of Huntsville, AL and Scott Gearheart (Cindy) of Kennewick; and his sister Beverly Hubbert of Key Center, WA. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Labre Indian School, Tongue River Rd., Ashland, MT 59003.
