He was predeceased by: his sister Debbie Boushie; and his in-laws, Roberta Adams and Francis. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Swede, Colten Boushie, Terry Cliff, Jr., Shae'Broncho, Hunter Lewis, Hunter Strait, Rick Doney, T'Jay Allen, Aliyah Gray and Abby Main; his wife Nancy; his children, Cody (Nicolette), Craig Adams (Alicia), Monty, Jr., Jordan, Jarrison Snow, Marlayna Snow (Michael) and Andrea Boushie; his parents, Robert "Bubbs" Werk and Roberta "Itty" Werk; his siblings, Richard (Lona), Pete, Ted (Lester), Sam Boushie (NeNe), Troy "Pug" Werk, Sandy Meshell (Ace), Lorraine Pester (Darryl), Rosalie, Charity and April Boushie (Terry, Sr.); and his godchildren, Christopher Cliff, Heaven and Sheraya Boushie. He is also survived by 4-legged companion "Jake"; numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, cousins and friends.
