It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsa Pomeroy of Chinook, Montana, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Olson and Martha Olson (Solomon); her siblings, Harry, Russell, Edward Olson, Marie Grant, Elizabeth, Ruth Holfedt, Janet Olson and Edith Olson; her son Denys Pomeroy; her grandson Shea Pomeroy; and her son-in-law Jack Harrington.

She is survived by: her former husband Earl Pomeroy; her daughters, Dawn Overcast (Kenny) and Darlene; her adoptive son Syrus; her grandchildren, TJ Overcast, Karleen Halingstad, Camille Pomeroy, Seth Pomeroy and Nathan Pomeroy; her great grandchildren, Brogan Overcast, Kale Overcast, DJ Overcast, Rio Dawn, Guinnane, Ty Luc Overcast, Syrus Pomeroy, Nathan Pomeroy, Natalia Pomeroy, Nikola Pomeroy, Noah Pomeroy, Liam Pomeroy and Elsa; her great great grandchildren, Kaelina Overcast, Teagan Overcast, Rosalyn Christensen, James Dow Christensen and Whit Salveson; and her extended family, Tilly Miller, Vonda Montgomery, Betty Munson, Francis Ewing, Ellen Pyett and Marilyn McClain (Barber).
