He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Sullivan and Virginia Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Zunick Sullivan; his children, Chris Sullivan (Kari) and Tawnia Smith (Bob); his grandchildren, Caden Sullivan, Kohen Sullivan, Taylor Sullivan and Alyssa Smith; and his brother Warren Sullivan. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to the resurgence of COVID-19.
