He is survived by: his wife Tina Houle; his children, Dace Houle Neer of Chester and Kyran Neer of Columbia Falls; his siblings, Tim Neer of Malta, Elizabeth Rovreit (Joe) of Great Falls and Cindy Nelson (Tracy) of Joplin; his brother-in-law Tim Topel; his nephews, Clinton, Tim, Damon, Brooks, Jerek, Rishon, Makai, Byron and Ridge; his great-nephew Elijah; and his niece Keanna. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
