He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Rugtvedt and Doris Rugtvedt; his stepfather Harry; and his nephew Kevin Rugtvedt. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles A. Rugtvedt of Issaquah, WA, Iris Buck of Carnation, WA and Dennis Anderson of Rathdrum, ID.
