He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Swalling and Verna Engle Swalling; and his siblings, Anita Howell and Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Wiebke; his son Roy (Darci); his grandchildren, Teresa, Kelsey (Josef) and Ryan; his daughter Teresa Larson (Lucky); his grandchildren, Brandon (Whitney) and Kaylee Cheff (Micky); his great grandchildren, Lucky, Toby, Milly, Mason, Lexie and Amira; and his nieces and nephews, Sheri, Stuart, Bill, Wilda and Wes.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Allen's name to the Charlo-Moiese Senior Citizens Center or St. Luke Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
