Betty Alice touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Velk and Alice Velk (Brendan); her husband Joe; her sisters, Doris and Iris; her son Windy; her grandchildren, Dianne, Lonnie and Austen; and her great grandchild Justin Hansen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas'Tommy', Joyce, Richard'Dick', Rayburn'Pete', Audrey and Vincent'Vinny' (Shirley); and her sons, Joe, Craig, Bob, Stan and Cal. She is also survived by grandchildren (14), great-grandchildren (30), great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Betty's honor may be made to the Carter Volunteer Fire Department.
