He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Thomas and Provis Thomas; his brothers, Dan, Leonard and Jack Thomas; and his son Rick Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his children, Julie Downey (Jim), Diane Arntson (Skip), Tim Thomas (Jeanette), Dan Thomas and Pat Thomas (Tawna); his siblings, Ed Thomas (Maggie) and Vonnie Thomas; his sisters-in-law, Joan McKenna, Kay Mulcahy (Marty), Sue Kennedy and Willie Thomas; and his friend Norman Guay. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
