He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline "Dutch" O'Neill (Steve); his wife Janet; his son Jim O'Neill (Traci); his grandchildren, McKenzee O'Neill (Pearson), Cade O'Neill, Kian O'Neill, Jori Johnson and Jaron Johnson; and his sister Natalie Opie.
