He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Rose Phillips (Bouncher); and his former wife Hazel Leuprecht. He is survived by: his former wife Hazel Dirksen; his daughter Kami Johnson (Mike); his grandchildren, Cameron and Cole Johnson; his siblings, Rick Phillips (Gladys) and Roberta Baker; his nieces, Nicolle Stagnoli (Jake) and Lori Patrick (Bill); and his nephew Rob Baker.
