Hiester of Philadelphia County, PA.; her former husband Morris Levine of Baltimore, MD; her son Joshua Levine; her adoptive sons, Michael Levine and Alan Levine; her husband Dirk Sichveland of Philipsburg; her mother-in-law Lou Ann Sichveland (Krista Sichveland); her niece Ashley Hill; and her great-niece Lorelei. She was also cherished by family and friends.
