She is survived by: her daughters, Holly Hoffman (Todd) and Tiffany Evans (Ryan); her brother Hal Hubber (Julie); her grandchildren, Dove, Reagan, Carter, River, Judah and Willow; her great grandchild Simon; and her nephews, Lacy, Tana and Jay Hubber.

Penny and I have been friends since we were classmates at Hawthorne School in Butte. I will always remember her as one of the most playful and most trusted of my Butte friends. The common experiences of pranks and mischief while sharing a house and attending school at Western (UMW/Dillon) in 1970 sealed our friendship once and for always.”
