He is survived by: his wife Roberta Baker; his children, Lori Baker-Patrick (Bill) and Robert Baker (Traci); his brothers-in-law, Ronald Phillips of Butte and Richard Phillips (Gladys) of Butte; his grandchildren, Audriana Lockerby (Karch) of Bozeman, Jake Patrick (Ashley) of Evanston, Christopher Patrick of Pocatello, Idaho and Samantha Patrick of Butte; and his great grandchildren, Keighton of Billings, Kassidy, Kammeron, Kennadee and Konner of Evanston, Wyoming..
