He was predeceased by: his former wife Iris Hibbs; and his wife Linda Bunker. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Duffy, Neil Jr. and Johnny; his grandchildren, Daelyn Joy of Pendleton, Oregon. and Jason; his children, Jodi, Sarah and Leo; his grandson Christian Neary; and his siblings, Mary Berg of Walkerville, Helen Denton of Butte and Dean. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions masks are mandatory at both the funeral and graveside services.
