She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Isola and Kathleen Isola; and her husband Tom Horne. She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Debbie), Kevin (Denise) and Don (Amy); her siblings, Lloyd Isola and LaVaun Dallas; her brother-in-law Marvin Horne (Debbie); her grandchildren, John Johnson, Bob Horne (Chelsey), Stevie Lee Horne and Tom Horne (Jennie); her great grandchildren, Maci and Hallie; her grandson Zack Horne (Bri); and her great grandchildren, Bladen, Eleye, Brianna DeWitt Fukunaga (Justin), Jordi, Lauren DeWitt, Maggie Moore (Harold), Michael, Grayson and Allee. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations can be made to the Lady of the Rockies, an icon she was passionate about and volunteered at for many years.
