He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Berg and Betty Berg; his brother Walter; his sisters-in-law, Carol and Jill Berg; his aunt Jennie Satterthwaite; and his parents-in-law, Jule (family: Frances Manuell) and Marie Hubley.
He is survived by: his children, Jen Berg and Matt Berg (Jesica); his wife Mary (Toole Church); his brothers, Jack Berg and Gary Berg (Maddie); his siblings-in-law, Bernie, Kathy Hubley, Helena, John and Becky Hubley; his cousins, Tom and Linda Satterthwaite; and his friends, Jim and Carolyn Fogerty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
