It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn J. Vanina (Butte, Montana), who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn J. Vanina to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, June Vanina and Julius Vanina; her grandparents, Fred, Irene Searle, Mose, Elvira Vanina, Elmo, Lydia and Mario; her nephew Mike Thomas; her niece Cindy Bergey; her brothers-in-law, Don Thomas and Larry Dunville; her uncles, Red Vanina and Fred Searle; and her cousin Shawn Searle.
She is survived by: her close friend Bob Fournier; her sisters, Sue Decker (Max) and Diane Dunville; her niece Lisa Kerbersky; her nephew Neil Decker (Michelle); her nephew Casey Decker (Laura); her great-nephews, Jack and Ben; her niece Amy Decker; her aunt Pat Searle; her cousins, Judy, Tom, Dave Searle (Barb), Joan Filpula (Bill) and Leo Calcaterra; and also Ellison.
Because of her lifetime commitment to education, her family requests donations in Marilyn's memory be directed to a scholarship fund to support Butte High School students, c/o Sue Decker, 47 Elgin Drive, Butte MT 59701.
