It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel Andrew Herrera (Butte, Montana), born in Price, Utah, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Herrera and Rose Herrera (Valdez); his mother-in-law Celia "Sally" Montoya; his brothers, Steve Herrera, Roger Herrera and Carl Herrera; and his siblings-in-law, Rudy Montoya and Donna Herrera.
He is survived by: his former wife Erlinda "Linda" Montoya; his wife Erlinda Herrera; his children, Robert Herrera of Butte and Kristina; his son-in-law Jim Messmer of Spokane; his grandson Carter Dinius of Butte; his sister Dorothy; his brother-in-law Jackson Wentzel of Oregon; his brother Dan; his sister-in-law Cheryl Herrera of Butte; his father-in-law Jose Lucio Montoya of Butte; and his brothers-in-law, Lee Montoya, Edward, Larry, Beki Montoya and Dan Montoya.
