He is survived by: his wife Katie Nalivka of Butte; his children, James Nalivka (Nareeya) of Concord, CA, Natosha McCullar (Mike) and Dylan Waite (Rebecca) of Huntingdon, UK; his granddaughters, Kaelyn and Kennedy McCullar; and his siblings, Pete Nalivka of Butte, David Nalivka (Chong) of Spring Valley, CA, Mary Jensen (Pat) of Havre and Sharon Hancock of Great Falls.
