Lois Marie Bennie Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Marie Bennie (Butte, Montana), who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Charlie; her parents, Leylia Gendle and Edward Gendle; her brother Ed; her goddaughter Sheila Sullivan Cutler; and her son-in-law Robert Rivers.
She is survived by: her husband Bob; her parents-in-law, Katherine and Timothy Duggan; her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Bennie Sweeney and Caryl Bennie Sullivan; her children, Ann Cutler (Darryl), Joan Bennie, Barb Russell (Mark), Rob Bennie (Karen) and Tish Poling (Bob Goehrke); her brother Dick; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Gendle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Please, in lieu of flowers, our mother would have been honored by a donation to Our Lady of the Rockies or the Katherine Duggan Memorial Endowment c/o Butte Central Education Foundation, and The Butte Rescue Mission.
