She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Whitlock and Beth Whitlock (Briggs). She is survived by: her children, Sterling Skinner, Shelley Witti and Steve Skinner; her siblings, Melvin B. Whitlock and Debra Bea Whitlock; her grandchildren, Ashley Besser, Dustin Moralez, Crystal Moralez, Jacob Peck, Bo Sparre, Reno Skinner, Seir Skinner, Madison Skinner and Saraha Skinner; and her great grandchildren, Jessa Harned-Moralez, Kolton, Kyson Skinner and Remmington Skinner.
