He was predeceased by: his mother Marlene Cutler Budd; and his sister Debbie Budd. He is survived by: his father H. Fred Budd (Karen); his sons, Joshua Budd and Timothy Budd; his stepmother Pauline Budd; and his siblings, Sandy Shea (Ed), Fred Budd (Laurie) and Michael Budd. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
